Friendly staff made exploring Lisbon enjoyable.

Fairly clean, stylish hotel with excellent and fantastic location right next to the elevator to the Castle. Location close to shops and restaurants, the pedestrian area where there were lots of good restaurants and the center of Lissabon.

Had fabulous stay for our vacation to be great, the staff were kind, location was fab in Baxia downtown. There was a lovely bar on site. Greatly enjoyed our stay here and recommend this hotel.

The bed was super comfy, and the location was on point! I enjoyed the evening air conditioning too-it was a lifesaver. Had an amazing sleep and felt right at home!

easy walks to great spots for sightseeing and dining

I enjoyed being just a short stroll away from highlights like the Arco do Triunfo and Rossio Square, convenient to explore the vibrant city. Plus, the nearby Taberna da Baixa offered the perfect spot to enjoy traditional Portuguese cuisine after a day of walking around.

Equal parts excellent and disappointing

The staff was really nice and helpful, and the large windows in the room added a lovely touch,, inviting atmosphere.

Unfortunately, noise from adjacent rooms was a downside, making it challenging to get a good night's sleep due to thin walls.

The charming vintage décor, with contemporary Portuguese artwork, created a lovely atmosphere. The staff were consistently friendly.

The room was cozy, but the fridge didn't work right.

A prime location makes this hotel perfect for exploring the city, with numerous shops and eateries at your doorstep. The staff were friendly and went the extra mile, even assisting with early airport transport. The room, while clean, could benefit from better shower amenities and soundproofing. Morning church bells might disrupt late sleepers. Breakfast options were limited and repetitious.

Limited breakfast options became repetitive, with a very narrow selection that didn't change. Lack of cleanliness was alarming, as they only made the bed and emptied trash without thorough cleaning. Noise from adjacent rooms presented a challenge, especially with shouting at night, and the thin walls offered little sound insulation. The bathroom could use a shelf for toiletries, and towel amenities were poorly designed.

The superior double room was bright and comfortable, ideal for relaxing after exploring the city. Proximity to public transport and numerous dining options made it easy to enjoy Lisbon. The shower could use some maintenance, as it was small and lacked adequate shelving for toiletries.

The location was super convenient, just a short stroll from the metro! Staff were friendly and gave us great tips on where to go. The cleanliness of our room was perfect!

Do recommend for a weekend pause

Cozy room, central location, as the staff was hospitable and allowed us to store our bags after check-out, while being in walking distance from various restaurants and the metro.
